Are you cheaper than a real estate photographer?
Upfront costs will seem like more but let’s look at it annually. The average real estate photographer makes almost $70K a year. Your membership cost less than that per year.
Let’s also take into account that statistics show that when a listing has multimedia videos that accompany pictures, it’s over 400% more likely to sell and sell quicker.
Realtors make around 2.5%-3% on a listing, right? On the low side, 2.5% of a smaller property listed at $150K gives a commission of $3750 which is less than 1 months costs of our service. With unlimited media requests, you can use our service on SEVERAL of your listings at the same time within a month. When you do the math, using our service is a no brainer!
How fast will I receive my media?
On average, most requests are complete in 2-3 business days. However, a more complex request, can take longer.
What happens to my remaining time if I pause my subscription?
Your billing cycle is every 31 days from when you become a member. If you use 15 days of your current billable month and decide to pause your subscription, you will have a half month remaining on your subscription and can return when you have additional media requests.
What if I don’t have enough media requests to use my entire month subscription?
No problem! Once all of your requests have been completed, you can simply pause your account and return when you have more requests. No reason to waste days of your subscription.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
You can add as many requests to your queue as you like and each request will be delivered one at a time.
What’s the difference between you and my real estate photographer? Why would I need you?
GREAT question! A photographer provides still shots mainly and charges around $300 per listing. We take those photos and any drone footage provided and design a visually appealing slide show that usually contains all pictures of the house, info about each space, and the listing realtors picture and contact info at the end of the slideshow. Statistics show that providing this type of media to a listing increases the sale rate by over 400%.
How do I make media requests?
We use a Trello board which we’ve found is the most convenient and efficient way of submitting and tracking requests. You will be provided your own Trello board when you become a member. When you go in and create a request, it will notify us that you’ve submitted a new request.
